We appreciate your generous support for our initiatives. However, due to the nature of our work as a non-profit organization, we generally do not offer refunds on donations. All contributions are considered final and are utilized to further our mission of promoting social, economic, and environmental development.
2. Exceptions
While we do not typically provide refunds, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Donations: If a donor accidentally makes a duplicate donation, a refund can be requested for the additional amount.
- Error in Processing: If an error occurs during the donation process, leading to an incorrect amount being charged, a refund request can be submitted.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If a donation was made without the donor’s consent, a refund request may be considered.

- Contact information
- Donation amount and date
- Reason for the refund request
Requests should be made within 30 days of the donation date.
4. Processing Time
Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days of receipt. If approved, refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the donation.
